At Smile For Miles, we understand that travel plans can change and cancellations may sometimes be unavoidable. As a small business, tour payments are essential for covering operational and service-related costs. Please review the refund policy below, which applies to all confirmed bookings.

1. Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit only
  • 15–29 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost or the deposit amount (whichever is higher)
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost or the deposit amount (whichever is higher)
  • 6 days or fewer before departure: 80% of the total tour cost or the deposit amount (whichever is higher)
  • 48 hours or fewer before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund)

3. Tailor-Made Tours

  • Customized tours may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
  • These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are processed according to airline and service provider policies.
  • Processing may take up to 2 weeks.
  • Once approved, refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
