While we aim to operate tours as planned, Smile For Miles reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Any such changes will be made in the best interest of the traveler.
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and other required documents. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and loss of baggage.
Smile For Miles acts only as a facilitator for travel-related services and shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers, natural calamities, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel. Travelers must comply with health, safety, and conduct guidelines provided by Smile For Miles, airlines, hotels, and local authorities.
Any behavior that disrupts the tour experience, violates local laws, or causes discomfort to others may result in termination of services without any refund.
By participating in tours organized by Smile For Miles, travelers grant consent for the use of photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes, unless objected to in writing prior to travel.
We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us. Any complaints should be communicated during the tour or within a reasonable time after completion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
